Emergency crews in Henderson were called to get a man out of the flood waters near Riverside Downs. They were called out around 4:00 to get 22 year old Donnie Noah. He was walking along the road near the old racetrack and witnesses say he then wandered into the flood water that appeared to be waist-deep. Emergency officials say Noah was a resident of Henderson Manor, an assisted living facility. He had told workers there he was going for a walk, but didnt say where.
