More Homeowners Keeping Up With Payments

It seems homeowners are doing a better job of keeping up with their mortgage payments.
The percentage of homeowners behind at least two months on their payments has fallen to 5.41%, the lowest point in more than three years.
That's still well above the 1 to 2 percent average historical range, an indication that many homeowners are still struggling.
