A former IRS agent convicted of grant fraud now knows his punishment.
58 year old Cornelius Van Milligen of Utica, Kentucky will serve 8 months in home detention.
Hes also been ordered to pay $26,000 in restitution and a $15,000 fine.
This came down earlier this week from the U.S. District Court in Owensboro.
A jury found Van Milligen guilty of false statements and wire fraud late last year.
