The case of a former Boonville Middle School teacher accused of placing a camera in a women's faculty bathroom is back in the hands of the prosecutor...again. 30 year old Andrew Emmons has since resigned from Boonville Middle School, that's where investigators say they found the hidden camera. Boonville Police Chief Daryl Saltzman says his team sent the case back to the Warrick County Prosecutor last week. You may remember, Prosecutor Joann Krantz sent Emmon's case back to BPD a few weeks ago for further investigation. Saltzman says its quite common for cases to bounce back and forth and wants residents to know that this is to ensure the most thorough process possible. Investigators say they want no chance of getting this case thrown out so if they have to comb through it more than once, then its worth it. Police say multiple voyeurism charges are expected, no word on when charges will be filed. Our calls to Prosecutor Krantz have yet to be returned.
