Kentucky Teacher and Coach Indicted on Child Pornography Charges

A Western Kentucky High School Teacher and cross country coach is indicted on child porn possession counts.
The Kentucky Attorney General Cybercrimes unit started its undercover investigation on 42 year old Daniel Neal in May.
Investigators served a search warrant at Neal's home on May 17th and found more than 450 videos and 101 images of suspected child pornography on Neal's computer.
The Kentucky Attorney General's office tells Eyewitness News Neal was indicted Wednesday by the Daviess County Grand Jury on 39 counts of possession of material depicting a sexual performance by a minor.
Neal is an English teacher at Hancock County High School and was a cross country coach.
As of Thursday evening Neal has not been arrested. We will continue to watch for developments.
