The Owensboro woman charged with more than a thousand counts of child pornography is expected to face a judge on Monday.

25-year-old, Sarah Alice Cox, is accused of possessing hundreds of pictures and videos of children committing lewd acts.

Kentucky State Police arrested the former daycare worker and nanny last Wednesday, but have not yet released the names of the facilities where she worked.

Troopers continue to ask parents that have used her services to contact state police in Owensboro.

Any concerned Owensboro parents can also talk about their issues at a meeting scheduled for tonight.

a licensed professional counselor will be holding the meeting from 6:30 to 8:30p.m. at Brescia University's Taylor Lecture Hall.

This is a free event sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Owensboro's Chastity and Abstinence Committee, and is for parents looking to learn some steps to protect your family from pornography.
