Man Sentenced on Robbery Charges

37-year-old, Ernest Lee Smith of Newburgh will serve four years on a robbery charge and an additional two years of a previous sentence.
Smith will have to serve those consecutively. He was initially charged after a Walgreens cashier told police Smith demanded money from the register back in June. Police say Smith got away with 135-dollars that night.
