Evansville Names New City Attorney

Evansville has a new city attorney.

The City Council voted unanimously to hire well-known attorney Scott Danks to replace John Hamilton.

Hamilton, we're told, decided to step down to spend more time with his family.

Has the city of Evansville lost it's mind. Scott Danks was arrested in the 90's for DUI and admitted to serving alcohol at his son's HIGH SCHOOL graduation party. Here is a great example of what NOT to do.
