Charges Filed in Albino Deer Killing

Charges have been filed in connection with a controversial deer hunting incident in Warrick County.
Neighbors near Eble and Pigeon Vally Roads say, on November 17th, they saw a man get out of his truck and shoot an albino deer.
Donald Kenny, II, of Newburgh, now faces several misdemeanor charges in the incident.
DNR officials say there is nothing illegal about shooting an albino deer, but the manner in which this one died, made it an illegal kill. Officers say Kenny shot the deer from the road, fired his weapon after legal shooting hours, and used his headlights to spot the deer.
