Hometown Heroes-Sisters

We have not one, but three hometown heroes this week. Why? Because they are sisters.
They are Shelly Yarde, Kelly Yarde and Ashley Marek. They all served with the Indiana National Guard. Shelly is still in the guard, and is a Confinement Officer at the Vanderburgh County Jail. Kelly works in security operations at the TJ Maxx Distribution Center. Ashley works for the Good Samaritan Home in Evansville, and her husband, John, just returned to Germany after a tour in Afghanistan.
The three sisters had the chance to work together in Haiti after the earthquake in 2010.
