Indiana Voter Turnout Down From 2008

58 percent of Indiana's eligible voters took the time to cast their ballots on election day.
The Secretary of State's office shows 2-point-six million people voted. That's a little under the historic turnout of 2008, when 62 percent of the voters turned out.
Absentee ballots made up 22-percent of the total ballots cast this year.
