Former Chandler Town Clerk Arrested

The man who once served as clerk in Chandler, Indiana, turns himself in at the Warrick County Jail today. 44-year-old Timothy Osha is accused of using the town's credit card to buy iPads, computers, golf cart batteries, and other items. He is now charged with theft and fraud. Indiana State Police investigated after several suspicious purchases were found on an audit by the State Board of Accounts.
