Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke is joining mayors across the state in the battle against meth.
The mayors want to require prescriptions, state-wide, to buy medicine that contains Psuedoephedrine, an ingredient used in making meth.
Winnecke calls meth southwestern Indiana's "number one public service problem."
