North High School Student Named Miss Teenager of America

A senior at North High School is getting national recognition. Rachel-Victoria Baxter has been selected over dozens of other teens as Miss Teenager of America 2012 through a national online search process in October. Baxter will spend the next year of her reign making appearances and will support many charities in the community. In August, Baxter will represent America in the Miss International Teenager, an international teen pageant in Panama, the first American to do so.
