Parents Charged With Neglect

The parents of a seven-month-old child have been arrested on neglect charges.
Evansville Police say Ross Ivy and Kylie Moore left the child alone while they shopped at the Menards store on the east side.
Officers say the couple finally approached officers after about 30 minutes of trying to locate them.
Both are charged with neglect of a Dependent, and possession of marijuana.
The baby has been turned over to a family member.
