Stores See Low Customer Turnout Thanks to Snow

The weather outside may be frightful, but if you can make it to the store safely, it may be worth your time. The day after Christmas is usually one of the busiest for returns. But today is an exception. Target employees say this is the slowest return day they've seen in 10 years because of the snow.
"It's quite unusual," said Target Employee Janet D., "because I wouldn't have time to talk to you right now if it wasn't like this. This line would be out the door."
Employees don't expect returns and business to pick up until the roads are clear.
