Evansville Police arrest a man they say harassed and attacked a pregnant woman. Police say Todd Howard walked up to a group of people on the sidewalk on E. Michigan St. and started yelling at them. The group says they didn't know Howard, and a woman, who's 9-months-pregnant, asked Howard to leave. That's when police say Howard punched the woman in the face, knocking her down to the ground. Howard was later arrested. The woman was taken to the hospital. Her condition has not been released.
