Officers say both Tolbert and Hinton were caught a short time after the alleged incident on Jefferson Avenue.  According to police, Tolbert denied being involved, but say he had the victim's wallet at the time of his arrest.  Hinton faces charges of possessing a firearm without a permit.  Police say it's not clear right now whether Hinton was involved in the robbery.
