Jasper Man Facing Child Neglect Charges

In Jasper, a man is arrested after his two young daughters are found by a police officer while walking down the road. Police say Wayne Hanshaw's daughters told them Hanshaw had been "huffing" and passed out. When authorities got to his home, they found him in what they say is an "intoxicated state". Hanshaw was arrested on charges of neglect. His girls are with child protective services.
