The wife of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich files a lawsuit against a Chicago radio station. Patti Blagojevich is seeking $30,000 from Merlin Media for using her husband's picture on billboards. The lawsuit contends the station believed the advertisements featuring the former governor would be fun and get people's attention. Blagojevich is serving a 14 year sentence, after a jury found him guilty of trying to sell President Obama's old U.S. Senate seat.
