IN Gay Marriage Issue Could Hit Ballot in 2014

An Indiana lawmaker will soon push the state's General Assembly to debate a ban on gay marriage.
State Representative Eric Turner of Cicero authored a measure that passed in 2011. He says he'll file a resolution this session to write the gay marriage ban into the Indiana Constitution.
It would need to be approved by lawmakers one more time before going before voters for consideration in 2014.
