Probation is denied for an Owensboro woman convicted of robbing an Owensboro Catholic Bishop. This morning, a Daviess County Circuit Court judge sent Tara Pope back to jail in a shocking probation hearing. Pope was sentenced last year for robbing Owensboro Bishop John McRaith back in 2011. Pope and another woman went to McRaith's home and asked for money. When he got his wallet out to give them money, they took it and ran.
