Pence Outlines Budget Plan

Indiana lawmakers now know what's in Governor Mike Pence's budget plan.
Pence unveiled it to the State Budget Committee on Tuesday.
You may remember Pence saying during his campaign he was going to push for a tax cut for Hoosiers. Now, he's calling to use part of the 500-million dollar surplus for a ten-percent individual income tax cut.
He also wants an increase in transportation spending, education, the Department of Child Services, and Medicaid. That would restore some of the recent cuts to those departments.
