A trip to the hospital is usuallly not a fun experience for most, but Deaconess is working to make your stay a little more comfortable. Today, the hospital unveils "The Suites," and they say it'll be a great addition to the hospital's Renal Care Center. Leaders at the hospital say it's a way to "bring a little bit of home to the hospital." The new ammenaties include an upgraded room service menu, three large HDTV's, luxury linens and robes, and available guest meals.

"That's why private rooms are so important for them to have that privacy," said Cherona Hajewski of Deaconess Hospital, "for them to share some of their issues and concerns as a family unit. It's very different than some of the rooms we've had in the past where two patients are in the same room."

You're encouraged to call Deaconess for more information and prices. There phone numbers is (812) 450-5000.
