Owensboro Music Teacher Receives State Award

A Tri-State music teacher is getting state recognition tonight. Paula Humphreys has been named the Middle School Teacher of the Year by the Kentucky Music Educators Association. For the last 20 years, she has introduced students to the band program. She was named as the region's Most Outstanding Music Teacher three times in the past but is now getting the state honor. Congratulations to Mrs. Humphreys and Owensboro Middle School.
