KY Jobless Rate Down in December

The Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet says the
state's jobless rate dropped to 8-point-1 percent in December. That's
down just point-1 percent from November
The Bureau of Labor Statistics says jobs in the leisure and hospitality field grew by 11-hundred and jobs in the educational and health services rose by 5-hundred.
Employment fields that posted job losses included mining and logging, manufacturing and government.
