A man police say is a known gang leader is arrested for shooting another man on Vann Ave. Sunday morning.

Evansville Police arrested Dalarrius Tyquion Jackson, 19, and charged him with aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, and pointing a loaded firearm.  Police say Jackson fired several shots into a crowd just after 1:00 AM Sunday, striking one person in the ankle.  Jackson admitted to police to being at the fight, but denied firing the shots.  Police also say Dalarrius is a known gang leader of the LA Zombies and has "Zombie's" tattooed on his chest.  Jackson is being held in Vanderburgh Co.
