Financial Advisor Bob Boxell talked about the recent fiscal cliff negotiations and deal reached earlier this month. Specifically, he explained why many Americans are noticing a change in their pay check as the Social Security payroll tax is back up at 6.2%. He explain it was cut temporarily to 4.2% in 2010 as a part of the stimulus package.
