Indiana Lawmakers Say Gay Marriage isn't a Priority Right Now

Two of Indiana's top lawmakers say a push to write the state's ban on gay marriage into the state constitution isn't a priority for them right now. House Speaker Brian Bosma and Senate President Pro Tem David Long pushed measures to improve job training and spend more on schools. Two Republican House lawmakers introduced resolutions yesterday that would send the gay marriage issue to voters in 2014. State lawmakers have two years to decide if they'll consider the measure to write the ban into the Indiana Constitution.
