Kentucky Discussions on Casino Gaming Unlikely this Year

It looks like casino gaming isn't going to be a part of Kentucky for awhile. Governor Steve Beshear says he doesn't think state lawmakers can move a constitutional amendment through both Houses this year. Beshear tells reporters today Kentucky's horse racing industry is divided on how to proceed. Beshear has argued for years Kentucky is losing hundreds of millions of dollars a year to neighboring states like Indiana.
