Pence Says Medicaid Hurt by Federal Healthcare

Pence says the only way he would approve the expansion would be if the state is given the choice of using its "Healthy Indiana" plan to cover new members. Pence also says the Hoosier state does not plan to build a hybrid health exchange with the federal government.
The state's Medicaid rolls could increase by 427-thousand people under a full expansion.
