While CSX claim representatives have been visiting area businesses they havent admitted any wrongdoing. Meanwhile, businesses like Bolin Rentals continues working despite an empty store. Bolin lost about 80 percent of its merchandise, and employees say it could be six to eight weeks before they are fully operational.
