Student Allegedly Duct Taped at School

A school district in Indianapolis is responding to allegations that a special needs student was duct taped at school on Monday.
Officials say they are offering on-going training for staff and have also put a number of employees on administrative leave.
The move comes after allegations that an eight year old girl with Down Syndrome came home from school with duct tape wrapped around her feet and ankles.
The tape was reportedly so tight, her parents say, the girl was rolled to the bus in a wheelchair.
