A student is arrested facing a felony intimidation charge for allegedly sending threatening E-mails to other students at North Junior High School. The Evansville Courier & Press reports North Junior High Principal Aaron Huff informed the school's deputy assigned resource officer about threatening E-mails other students were receiving. The unnamed female student apparently used an EVSC issued notebook computer to send the E-mails. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office says the student was charged with a felony because a school computer was used and because of the seriousness of the threats.
