Asher Road resident Effie May Warners property is what many would consider a health hazard. After catching a lot of heat--she decided to burn one of her two trailers. As you can see from this home video, several other people helped--one of them Tommy Biegs--he was at Warners other trailer when he became ill--paramedics and firefighters showed up and that when trouble began. According to neighbor Tony Williams who videotaped some of the events--another neighbor Timothy Wheeler--who you may remember destroyed some of warners sick animals--wasnt happy with what paramedics were doing-- After a brief altercation--wheeler left--but when he returned on a four wheeler he was met by sheriff deputies. Thats where the stories differ. According to Sheriff Todd Meader, deputies advised Wheeler to stop yelling and leave the scene. When he didnt deputies wrestled Wheeler to the ground, and arrested him. Meader says other witnesses agree Wheeler was out of control. But other neighbors like Williams says Wheeler never even had time to get off of the four wheeler, when he was grabbed by several deputies, and hit with several flashlights. He says even one of the firefighters hit Wheeler multiple times. Williams says he tried to catch it all on video cam but that deputies told him to stop, and took the camera away. Meader disputes that story saying deputies only looked at the tape to see if there was any evidence of Wheelers bad behavior. Wheeler remains in jail on a resisting law enforcement charge--while a blood soak stain from his head in the dirt is evidence of a cleanup gone wrong.
