Alcohol a Factor in Riverside Drive Accident

Investigators say alcohol was the main factor in the accident that killed three people at a Riverside Drive house last December.
Vanderburgh County Coroner Annie Groves says the driver of the truck, Thomas Hodgson, 24, was over the legal limit at the time of the accident. No official word on what his exact blood alcohol level was at the time of the wreck. Hodgson's truck crashed into the house of Homer and Lela Meriwether, killing all three instantly, in the early morning hours of December 30th. Groves says the weather was a contributing factor in the accident.
