Notre Dame Tuition Going Up Nearly 4 Percent

By: Michael C. Fehn
Updated: February 15, 2013
Notre Dame students will have to shell out more money for tuition starting later this year.

In a letter sent to parents and students, Notre Dame president, Rev. John Jenkins says tuition for 2013-2014 will go up by 3.8 percent.  That's the same increase the university has seen for the past three years, and means the average cost to attend will be nearly $45,000.

Father Jenkins wrote that the University would continue its efforts in pursuit of excellence: "We are committed to careful stewardship of the University's resources so that we may offer your student the best possible educational experience and prepare them well for life beyond Notre Dame."
