Evansville Smoking Ban Upheld

The Indiana Court of Appeals is upholding Evansville's smoking ban.
Several bars and fraternal organizations filed suit against the city last year, after it passed the ban. The bars say the ordinance is unfair because it does not include Casino Aztar.
A Vanderburgh Superior Court Judge said there was nothign wrong with that, and the court of appeals agreed.
However, the fight is not over. The bars have filed a similar suit in federal court.
