Two Hurt In Union County Crash

MORGANFIELD - Two people are recovering in a Union County hospital following an early afternoon crash near Morganfield Saturday, according to Kentucky State Police.

Police say 20-year-old Chelsie Crider was traveling west on the US 60 Bypass at Kentucky 2091. 75-year-old Findley Mahffey was traveling south on KY 2091, failed to yield, and drove in to the path of Crider's car.

She was taken to Methodist Hospital in Morganfield for multiple injuries to her neck and back. The diver of the other vehicle suffered from broken ribs.

Both are listed in stable condition.
