Indiana University Raising Student Housing Costs

Another university is raising its rates. Indiana University will cost 3.5 percent more next school year. We reported last week on Notre Dame's rate hike. Now IU leaders say they will have to raise prices to cover the costs for new construction and for inflation. Compared to other Big Ten schools, the average student housing cost at IU ranks 8th. More than 12,000 students live on the Bloomington campus.
