News Release: From: Casino Aztar, Evansville Evansville, IN, April 11, 2008 – Casino Aztar announces new Insurance information to Crew Members. For most families, medical insurance is the most important aspect of their health and wellness. “My primary focus is the well-being of our Crew Members and their families” said Tom Dingman, Trustee of Casino Aztar. “After reviewing the plan with Mike Jones, his management team and Crew Members throughout the property, it is clear to me that Crew Members are bearing too high of an expense to have the medical coverage that is right for them and their family.” While the plan benefits and coverage will remain the same, all eligible Casino Aztar Crew Members will be given the opportunity to make adjustments to their plan through an open enrollment period in April and May. Changes to the crew members plan will be effective May 1, 2008. The employee contributions will be rolled back to the previous premium cost of the Gold and Silver plans. Premium adjustments have also been made to the remaining coverage option.
