Winter Weather Expected Thursday

The Tri-State is expecting a mixed bag of weather today. Everything from snow to sleet and freezing rain is possible later on Thursday before turning to all rain. Two counties, Wayne and Hamilton are under a winter storm warning until 9p.m., while another big chunk is under a Winter Weather Advisory.
