Indiana Letter Grade System Apparently Gets an 'F'

You might remember a few years ago, the state started giving schools letter grades based on test scores. The new Superintendent of Public Instruction, Glenda Ritz, told lawmakers the system is flawed, and repealing it is one of the platforms she campaigned on last year.
The education committee agreed unanimously.
