If you've lost a large amount of money, Evansville Police want to hear from you.
Officers say a good samaritan found the money at an Evansville business and turned it over to police.
Jason Cullum with the Evansville Police Department says the amount of cash is over $2,500 dollars and was found at a local restaurant. If you think the money belongs to you, you are asked to call Cullum at 812-436-5744. However, anyone attempting to claim the money will have to provide specific information.
