New information continues to come in about Thursday night's deadly crash on the Natcher Parkway in Daviess County. The driver who lost a load of dirt or grain causing the accident could face criminal charges. That's if that driver is located. Sheriff's deputies say a truck spilled its load on the Natcher causing a muddy mess but kept going. Several drivers lost control including 27-year-old Lacy Brinton. Authorities say she crossed the median and hit an on-coming car and died at the scene. Deputies did not say the grain truck driver intentionally dropped the load and adds that any possible charges would be minor.
