Possible Appeal on Illinois Concealed Carry Ruling

Attorney General Lisa Madigan says she hasn't decided whether to appeal a court ruling striking down a ban on the concealed carry of firearms in Illinois. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of appeals rejected her request to reconsider its ruling that the ban is unconstitutional. Back in December, lawmakers were given a June deadline to approve a new law. They are now holding statewide hearings on the issue.
