Fewer teens getting into car crashes involving alcohol. More teens and
20 year olds get arrested for underage drinking. Excise police in
Indiana say they've had a 56 percent drop in alcohol related crashes
around Indiana's large college campuses. The report covers places like
Indiana University, Indiana State, Notre Dame, and Ball State. But
despite fewer crashes, excise police have seen 37 percent more arrests
for minor consumption.
