Early Morning Fire in Owensboro

Fire crews in Owensboro respond to an early morning fire on the city's east side.
Just after 3:00 Wednesday morning, there was a report of flames in the five-thousand block of Graham Lane. There were reports on the scene that a garage was engulfed in flames, and that the flames were endangering a nearby house as well.
Dispatchers say the fire has been extinguished and everyone initially believed to be in danger have been evacuated from the home.
There is no word on any injuries at this time.
