Trap Found at Vanderburgh Humane Society

Theres concern at the Vanderburgh Humane Society after a steel animal trap was found set and ready to do harm.
The spring-loaded trap used to catch foxes was put in the area where the Humane Societys dogs are walked.
Officials with the VHS say someone had to jump the fence and intentionally set the trap.
Miranda Russell with the VHS says thankfully, the person who cuts their lawn found the trap before it could do harm.
Russell says they made a report on the incident and that Evansville Police are increasing patrols around the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
