Area Housing Developments Get Tax Credits

The Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority awarded $728,460 to the Downtown Terrace project in Petersburg, $638,069 to the Cedar Trace Senior Apartments in Evansville, and $588,940 to the Prince Street Cottages in Princeton. Twenty projects across the state were awarded more than $14 million in tax credits. The money will assist in construction, rehabilitation, conversion of existing structures, and historic building preservation.
